    Servo Motors
Servo Systems offer low inertia / high acceleration / fast positioning / high precision speed regulation capabilities for both rotary and linear motion. Contrasting conventional AC motors Servo motors give the broadest constant torque range of any motor from 0 to maximum rpm. Servo systems are used in high performance industrial motion control applications such as X-Y tables, cut-to-length machines, machine tool applications (eg CNC machines), robotics, factory automation, moving webs (eg printing press), labelling equipment, pick and place, textile, converting equipment, software gearing/clutching, packaging, flying shear and many other applications.

    Range

We offer a full range of AC and DC servo system elements listed below as well as the service of programming and integrating servo systems and constructing control panels

  • AC servo motors: 0.3 to 42 Nm continuous stall torque
  • AC servo drives: 2A through 90A continuous
  • DC servo motors: 0.2 to 5.6Nm continuous stall torque
  • DC servo drives: 2A through 15A
  • Positioning servo drives (single axis): 2A through 90A continuous
  • Programmable positioning cards (multi-axis)
  • Operator interface panels
  • Low backlash planetary gearboxes
  • Timing belts and pulleys (see belts and pulleys section)
  • Cables, power filters, transformers, chokes (inductors)
  • Servo couplings for zero backlash, torsionally rigit torque transmission.
